Our office is located in Shreveport, LA, but we serve clients throughout East Texas, North Louisiana and South Arkansas. Our sales engineers possess comprehensive product knowledge, extensive systems and applications expertise, the highest level of integrity and an unending commitment to customer service. We assist industry professionals and end-users in the solution of complex problems that arise on a multitude of diverse projects including: classroom dehumidification, process heating and cooling solutions for industrial facilities, institutional central plant systems, cost-effective office building comfort systems and critical care environments for surgical suites.

Our Service Department is the front line in customer service. Mechanical Concepts has the area’s top service technicians on staff. We provide start-up services for all the equipment we sell, and all of our technicians are factory trained. Therefore, we are uniquely suited to assist our customers with boiler maintenance, laser-shaft alignment, eddy current testing, cooling tower cleaning and beyond. We are available for telephone technical assistance to complete, full-service maintenance support. We provide warranty support for all of the equipment that we sell. Our technicians are also highly adept at servicing other brands of equipment such as Trane and Cleaver Brooks.
