Daikin announced early November that Vision and Skyline air handlers will be enhanced with Sorbent Ventilation Technology™ (SVT™) from enVerid Systems, creating the industry’s first total-air-quality system that combines the benefits of sorbent media with a class-leading, semi-custom air handler.

BUILDING CONTAMINANT SOLUTIONS

SORBENT VENTILATION TECHNOLOGY (SVT)

SVT is tested in accordance with ASHRAE 145.2 to remove CO2, VOCs and other contaminants using sorbent filtration. When applied using ASHRAE 62.1’s IAQ Procedure (IAQP), SVT provides the cleaner air reduced operating expense by up to 30%.
