AboveAir’s outside air equipment, in particular, provides a dedicated indoor horizontal ceiling (HK-OA) or vertical floor (VK-OA) mounted environmental control solution for indoor space designs requiring compliance with ASHRAE Standard 62.1 – 2004 requirements.
The Above Air unit makes use of unique control sequences to provide dehumidified outside air at minimal operating cost. Common sense refrigeration practices result in longer component life. Units are completely factory-run tested as a complete unit prior to shipment while other manufacturers test sub-assemblies or components only.

AboveAir’s HK-OA™ systems incorporate a unique fully modulating refrigeration circuit and control scheme designed for 100% outside air processing 365 days per year. Standard DX features included: multiple row deep cooling & dehumidifying evaporator coils, scroll compressors, hot gas bypass, modulating head pressure control, suction-line accumulators, liquid receivers, 1” closed-cell insulation and BMS compatible MC-3000 dew point control logic microprocessor.
High Percentage Outdoor Air – Vertical
